Forex Trading Specialist

As a Forex Trading Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling our products and services, while building and nurturing relationships with new clients to foster long-term partnerships.

  • Sales Growth:
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through proactive outreach and relationship-building efforts.
  • Client Service:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service across various communication channels, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, resolving issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Performance and Goal Orientation:
  • Work towards specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to achieve team and individual metrics, contributing to overall success.
  • Expand your knowledge of the markets, FX industry, and our platforms and products to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • Minimum one year of experience in the Forex industry, preferably in a customer-focused environment such as customer services, sales, or consulting.
  • Strong willingness to learn practical financial knowledge and professional skills.
  • Comfortable making high outbound calls and engaging with diverse buyers, possessing confident communication skills or a willingness to enhance them.
  • Excellent overall communication abilities, including modifying approaches to suit various audiences.
  • Proficiency in English.
