About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Support Officer to join our team at Team Global Express. As an Operations Support Officer, you will be responsible for assisting with the daily delivery tasks for our client, supporting day-to-day operations, and coordinating Ad-Hoc jobs, daily pick-ups, and deliveries from stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily delivery tasks and support day-to-day operations
  • Coordinate Ad-Hoc jobs, daily pick-ups, and deliveries from stores
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives

Requirements

  • At least 5 years' experience working in an Admin or Customer Service Role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Computer savvy with experience in data entry
  • Exceptional time management and planning skills
  • Self-motivated with a proven ability to work under pressure and autonomously
