About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Logistics and Planning team as a Graduate. As a Logistics and Planning Graduate, you will be responsible for supporting the team in delivering end-to-end product delivery, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to optimize logistics and planning processes, and developing your understanding of new product project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the team in delivering end-to-end product delivery, including planning, operations, and distribution
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to optimize logistics and planning processes, including supply chain management and inventory control
  • Develop your understanding of new product project management, including product launch planning and execution
  • Build relationships with wider Bega Teams and gain exposure to the FMCG industry
  • Step up your commercial acumen, influencing, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Gain experience in rotation of Planning, Operations at a Distribution Centre and within the central functional team

Requirements

  • Recently completed a Bachelor or Postgraduate degree (within the last 2 years)
  • Available to commence full-time employment from January 2025
  • Full rights to live and work in Australia
