As a Logistics and Planning Graduate, you will:

  • Join a high-performing and engaged team of industry experts dedicated to supporting your growth.
  • Understand the core principles of Logistics and Planning, assisting the team in achieving seamless product delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance efficiency across the logistics and planning network.
  • Develop your knowledge of comprehensive new product project management.
  • Cultivate relationships within broader Bega teams and gain exposure to the Tier 1 FMCG sector.
  • Enhance your commercial acumen, influencing, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Gain experience through rotations in Planning, Operations at a Distribution Centre, and within the central functional team.
