">Key Responsibilities
">- Act as the primary liaison for facilities management inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely completion of tasks and provide necessary support.
- Verify client satisfaction upon task completion and follow up on any discrepancies.
- Pursue administrative tasks and conduct audits to guarantee optimal service delivery.
- Analyze ServiceNow data to meet monthly and quarterly reporting requirements and optimize performance.
- Enforce compliance with approved work costs and collaborate with contractors and Property Services staff to address technical issues.
- Document hazards, near misses, and incidents promptly and report them to relevant authorities.
Requirements
">- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a facilities management environment.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow or similar CMMS software.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
- Adaptable and willing to learn new skills to meet changing needs.
