We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Pricing or Commercial Analyst to join our Pricing & Customer Value team, a business partnering function within the Commercial division of Supermarkets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Category Teams to analyse and interpret cost increase submissions from suppliers and identify customer value insights.
  • Deliver optimal financial outcomes for both customers and the business by translating cost insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Act as a trusted business partner to Category Teams, providing expert guidance on pricing strategies, cost analysis, and value optimisation.
  • Participate in commercial forums, contributing valuable insights and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Pricing, Finance, or Commercial roles, preferably in a fast-paced retail or FMCG environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, adept at building and maintaining strong partnerships with diverse stakeholders across the business.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets (MS Excel) and Google Slides (MS PowerPoint).
  • Experience with data modelling, basic to intermediate SQL skills, familiarity with BigQuery and GCP.
