Job Title: Strategic Workforce Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Workforce Planner to join our team at Experis. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our workforce and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Map and analyse the current state of our organisational workforce and people capability.
  • Identify qualitative and quantitative indicators to understand workforce capability.
  • Develop and implement a future capability requirements plan to enable staff to implement a holistic product strategy.
  • Assist in defining and designing the future Digital Product Strategy for our organisation.
  • Implement agreed systems of work to ensure a sustainable and consistent roadmap in alignment with the strategy.
  • Develop a leadership capability strategy and plan to uplift and support the roadmap.
  • Assist in developing supporting and related artifacts such as roadmaps and papers.
  • Plan and facilitate workshops and activities to elicit information, co-design, develop and implement aspects of the roadmap and strategy.
  • Provide advice on the relative risks and opportunities of the strategy and implementation activities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum SFIA Level
  • Tertiary qualifications in ICT / Human Resources / Management
  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience working in the Australian Government, on large and complex transformation programs with a strategic focus
  • Extensive experience in one or more of the following: workforce strategy, organisational design and capability development, employee experience, people and skills management
