As a Client Relations Ambassador, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and sales support to clients. The dynamic and diverse team is looking for someone with experience in retail sales or customer service to join our organization for a fixed-term contract over the peak season.

About the Role

The Brand Ambassador will represent the brand in all customer contact via telephone, email, live chat, and social media. This includes handling client enquiries according to quality standards and representing the brand's identity and vision at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inbound and outbound customer contact via various communication channels
  • Facilitating online and phone sales to meet commercial goals and objectives
  • Delivering brand information to clients and collecting valuable feedback from clients
  • Accurately processing required data/information in appropriate systems under group data security policy
  • Escalating emergency system issues to team leaders timely and reporting findings on system improvement if any
  • Identifying trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction and reporting findings to team leaders
  • Following company policies and procedures as outlined and representing the organization in a professional image at all times
  • Collaborating with the existing Client Service team for repairs and after-sales service requests
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in retail sales or customer service in the luxury goods domain, or experience in contact centre/e-com related activities
  • Customer service oriented and sales oriented
  • Conscientious, patient, flexible, polite, exquisite, keen to learn, and a team player
  • Skilled in speaking/writing expression and communication
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • PC literate, SAP CRM, Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Flexibility with working in shifts and work on weekends and public holidays if required

From there, if successful, you will sit an interview with Commercial Directors and Senior HR Managers.
