Overview

Montessori Care is looking for a driven and empathetic Client Relations Manager to lead our front-line client engagement and support operations and service delivery.

As a Client Relations Manager, you'll be the bridge between our clients and high-quality, person-centred care. You will oversee and inspire a team of support workers while actively engaging clients to co-design services that improve independence, wellbeing and social inclusion.

This is a people-first leadership role that combines service delivery, client advocacy, rostering oversight, community outreach, and team supervision - driven by the goal of life-changing outcomes for our clients at one of the fastest growing companies in the Aged & Disability sector.

Responsibilities
  • Build deep relationships with clients, their families, and support networks to foster high quality service delivery
  • Supervise and guide a team of passionate Support Workers
  • Lead quality service planning and delivery aligned with NDIS and Aged Care standards
  • Manage client onboarding documentation, incident reporting, case management, coordination and administrative documentation
  • Regularly review client files and relevant resources to ensure the provision of quality, safe supports
  • Deal with multiple stakeholders to ensure participant goals and objectives are being met
  • Champion community engagement—attending events, connecting with healthcare providers, and growing Montessori Care's local presence
  • Drive continuous improvement by acting on client feedback and participating in policy reviews
About You
  • Experience in Disability, Aged Care or community services
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a heart for advocacy and support
  • Proven leadership ability in managing small teams
  • Tech-savvy: confident using CRMs, case notes, and digital systems
  • Full Australian Driver's License + own car
  • Valid First Aid + NDIS compliance (or willingness to obtain)
  • A problem-solving mindset
  • Efficient and effective communication skills
