About Our Centre

Our wellness centre offers a range of services, including floatation therapy, infrared saunas, and massage therapy. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming and supportive environment that promotes preventive and proactive services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all clients
  • Booking Management: Manage booking systems, phone bookings, and sales calls
  • Room Preparation: Prepare and dress rooms for customers
  • Centre Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of our facilities
Requirements

Schedule

We are open seven days a week between 8am and 9:30pm. We require staff to be available to work a rotating roster that includes afternoon shifts, evening shifts, Monday to Friday, morning shifts, public holidays, weekends, and other flexible hours.
