Strategic Service Integration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the integration of services, fostering person-centered approaches that prioritize community well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement community development strategies to strengthen local capacity and build collaborative partnerships.
- Embed trauma-informed, culturally safe practices through our Carer Gateway program.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams, navigate complexity, and deliver results with empathy and clarity.
- Translate data into actionable insights, craft compelling narratives, and communicate impact to diverse stakeholders.
- A tertiary qualification in a social science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience working within the local community in at least one of the Caring, Mental Health, Community, Disability, or Health Sciences sectors.
- Minimum 2 years' leadership experience.
- Ability to participate in out-of-hours activities as required.
- Right to work in Australia.
- Current valid driver's licence and ability to undertake some travel.
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate (free online course).
- Satisfactory National Police Records Check.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children's Check (Employee/Paid).
