**Opportunity for Aspiring Leaders**
About the RoleWe are seeking enthusiastic individuals to take on leadership opportunities in our South Perth region. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient operation of their store, motivating their team, and achieving optimal results in sales targets and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure efficient operation of the store to achieve optimal results in sales targets and KPIs
- Motivate and inspire a high-performing team
- Closely monitor store sales and identify areas for improvement
- Effectively manage wage costs and adhere to rostering standards
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience as a full-time or senior casual sales assistant, key holder, supervisor, or 3IC
- A motivated and driven attitude with a passion for leading and inspiring a team
- A proven track record in driving sales and meeting KPIs and targets
