Lead Creative Position

The role of the Lead Creative is to develop and execute visionary ideas that drive business growth. As a senior leader, you will oversee the creative direction for all marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with our brand identity and objectives.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualise and execute compelling campaigns that meet customer and business objectives. Your ability to lead and mentor a team of creatives will be essential in fostering an environment of innovation and creativity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading creative concept development for all brand activities
  • Overseeing the design and production of all marketing materials
  • Collaborating with marketing to conceptualise and execute compelling campaigns
  • Managing and mentoring the creative team

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 15 years creative experience in both art direction and copywriting
  • Proven experience leading a Creative & Design team
  • Ability to translate commercial objectives and ideas into brand activities and campaigns
  • Strategic experience and ability to sell in ideas and influence cross functionally
