Senior Contract Administrator

A seasoned contracts professional is required to manage post-award contract administration for a major infrastructure construction project. This role entails minimizing risk, ensuring compliance, and driving successful outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of infrastructure construction contracts to minimize risk and liability.
- Maintain accurate contract schedules, monitor contractor performance, and ensure compliance with project timelines.
- Ensure insurances, securities, parent company guarantees, and key personnel requirements are up to date.
- Manage variation claims, extension of time claims, and site instructions, maintaining accurate registers.
- Chair weekly commercial meetings, maintaining accurate minutes and records.
- Foster positive stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Strong background in post-award contract administration within major infrastructure or mining projects.
- Proven experience as a principal's contract administrator or equivalent.
- Solid knowledge of progress claims, variations, extensions of time, and contract risk management.
- Proficiency in Ariba, Aconex, SAP, and SharePoint.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.
