About the Role- Support and care for young people in need.
- Build positive relationships with young people and fellow team members.
- Assist in implementing programs designed for growth and development.
- Transport young people to school and appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support and care to meet the unique needs of each young person.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with young people, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of programs that promote growth and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a safe and homely environment.
