We are seeking a skilled Inventory Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and creating inventory on our database, gaining exposure to procurement, pricing, and inventory control in this rewarding role.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in inventory management, working closely with key stakeholders to analyse, update, and maintain our inventory database.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and update inventory data using Excel and BusinessCraft
- Collect and analyse pricing information to support cost-saving decisions
- Provide reports on product availability and inventory status
- Assist with general admin/data entry and review vendor and supplier invoices
- Work closely with the procurement team to manage supply contracts
- Advanced Excel skills – comfortable with functions such as VLOOKUP
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to details with effective oral and written communication skills
- Goal oriented, self-motivated, and able to work effectively within a team environment
- Ability to liaise across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
