Job Overview

The Inventory Manager is a key member of our team, responsible for analysing, updating and maintaining our inventory database. We are seeking an experienced professional to collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update inventory data using Excel and BusinessCraft.
  • Collect and analyse pricing information to support cost-saving decisions.
  • Provide reports on product availability and inventory status.
  • Assist with general admin/data entry and review vendor and supplier invoices.
  • Work closely with the procurement team to manage supply contracts.
  • Support business goals by delivering accurate information within tight deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Advanced Excel skills - comfortable with functions such as VLOOKUP.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail with effective oral and written communication.
  • Goal oriented, self-motivated, and able to work effectively within a team.
  • Ability to liaise across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Previous experience within the residential construction industry or completion of Cert IV in Building is desirable.
