Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and professional Aftermarket Sales Consultant to join our team at our Ballina dealership. As an Aftermarket Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for connecting with customers, welcoming them to the dealership, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate income for the dealership from the sale of aftermarket products, paint protection, and associated products.
- Maximise every sales opportunity through collaboration with the greater team and focus on balancing customer experience and profit goals.
- Provide relevant sales forecast data to maintain an adequate stock of aftermarket products.
- Maintain immaculate presentation of the reception and customer lounge areas.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal style to support collaboration across the group.
- Ability to deliver a genuine and personalised customer experience.
- Devoted to your career with a grounded approach to a healthy work and life balance.
- PC and admin savvy, with the ability to use a number of different platforms and systems on a daily basis.
- Drivers licence is essential.
