We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join us as Part Time Food & Beverage Attendants (Lounge Runners) in Sydney International Airport.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver memorable service experiences for our guests.
  • Clear tables and maintain clean and tidy service areas, buffet service.
  • Develop skills in Barista, bar, and A La Carte service points.
  • Provide beverages efficiently using tray service, ensuring smooth and safe delivery to guests.
  • Loading and unloading service trolleys – glassware, cutlery, plates, and crockery.
  • Work closely with multiple departments, front of house, culinary, and stores teams.
  • Represent our brand, showcasing immaculate presentation.
  • Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation.
  • Promote a safe workplace by recognizing hazards and promoting general OHS practices.

Requirements

  • A friendly, customer-focused attitude with a strive to provide total customer satisfaction.
  • Initiative to ensure positive, intuitive, and efficient interactions with customers.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification.
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience.
  • Confidence in liaising with various internal and external clients.
  • A high standard of grooming and personal presentation.
  • Ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
