Part Time Membership Officer

We are seeking a skilled and organised individual to manage and maintain accurate membership records and data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process new member applications and update existing member details.
  • Respond to member inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist with the organisation and coordination of union events and meetings.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative or membership-focused role.
  • Excellent data management and record-keeping skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
