Senior Estimator Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Estimator to lead the estimation process for complex infrastructure projects across Australia.

  • To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience as an Estimator in infrastructure or construction with a strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and cost drivers.
  • You will also need to be proficient with estimating software (particularly Expert Estimation) and associated tools, and possess analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • The successful candidate will contribute to high-impact infrastructure projects and be part of a collaborative team that values their input and experience.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work confidently with both technical and commercial teams
  • Ability to validate contractor estimates and ensure they meet client requirements, negotiate cost adjustments, and provide recommendations for contractor awards
  • Experience working closely with internal teams, client stakeholders, and delivery partners to confirm value assurance outcomes
