Climate Change Solutions Specialist

Are you a climate champion ready to drive sustainable solutions? We're seeking analytical minds from various disciplines, including engineering, chemistry, physics, economics, or environmental and political science, to join our growing team.
As a member of our Business Advisory Sustainability Team, you'll collaborate with industry, government, and communities to address climate and environmental challenges. You'll undertake climate risk assessments, evaluate organizational emissions, and work with clients to innovate solutions leading to net-zero emissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake climate risk assessments to identify opportunities for improvement
- Evaluate organizational emissions and develop strategies to reduce them
- Collaborate with clients to innovate solutions leading to net-zero emissions
You'll also assist clients in discovering opportunities in nature-based solutions to enhance biodiversity and retain environmental resources. Our two-year Graduate Development Program is designed to give you a smooth start to your consulting career, with support from peers, managers, and mentors.
