About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Retail Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management structure, you will be responsible for driving a customer-centric culture and delivering an outstanding store experience.

In this dynamic role, you will lead your team to achieve financial sales, profit, and productivity goals by showcasing expertise in Visual Merchandising and transforming the store into a visually appealing environment.

You will oversee efficient store rostering and wage expenses with a focus on commercial acumen, manage stock (up to 20kg) in a fast-paced environment, and monitor store sales performance to recognize exceptional results and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

  • Previous experience as a Retail Operations Manager or similar role is essential.
