Retail Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will be a people-focused leader, inspiring their team to deliver an exceptional in-store experience for our customers. You will develop a strong understanding of your store team and provide coaching and development opportunities to set them up for success.
Key responsibilities include managing the operation of the store effectively, delivering outstanding results while maintaining expense levels according to plan. This includes providing training and coaching in safety, as well as leading from the front in terms of workplace health and safety.
About You- Previous experience in a senior retail management role with a large successful team (minimum 30+)
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
- Flexible availability across our span of hours
- A strong understanding of retail operations
- Previous experience working to Key Performance Indicators and budgets
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- Demonstrated people leadership and safety management
