Job Title: Expert Painter and Decorator

We are seeking an experienced expert in painting and decorating to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience working with apprentices, international students, and building and construction workers completing recognition of prior learning (RPL).

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience working in painting and decorating
  • Demonstrated knowledge of theoretical and practical foundations in the field
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and mentor learners
  • Demonstrated experience working with culturally diverse clients

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Providing an engaging, supportive, and learner-focused learning environment for students
  • Making considered assessment judgments on the skills and knowledge of learners and determining their competence
  • Providing accurate training records for assigned course participants
