We're looking for people who are passionate about painting and decorating and want to sign up for an apprenticeship

NextGen Skills are looking for WA's best Future Tradespeople, if you are motivated and committed to reaching your goal of becoming a Qualified Painter and Decorator, NextGen Skills is the place for you.

**Who we are and what do we do**:
For more than 30 years NextGen Skills have partnered with industry leaders to provide on the job training and employment to those who want to become Trade Qualified Plumbers or Painters.

We are a group training organisation, a registered training organisation and we are the largest employer of Plumbing and Painting Apprentices in Western Australia.

**What does this mean for you?**

It means if you are successful at becoming a NextGen Skills Apprentice, not only will you have **secure long term employment**, you will also have the opportunity to **train with us** and be supported through your classroom learning too.

We understand each of us are different and that is why we are committed to getting to know you and focusing on your personal journey.

We will provide all the training, mentoring and support you need to become the best tradesperson you can be.

- Motivated to become a Qualified Tradesperson
- Reliable means of transport to get to work each day
- Good communication skills
- A can-do attitude is a must
