About the Role- You will partner with sales teams to deliver engaging product demonstrations that showcase EP's value to educators and decision makers, thereby facilitating effective collaboration and mutual understanding.
- Your primary objective will be to translate technical capabilities of EP into practical solutions addressing school challenges and aligning with teaching priorities, ensuring seamless integration of technology with educational goals.
- You will drive successful onboarding of schools, setting up classes and ensuring teachers feel confident using EP from day one, thereby streamlining the transition process.
- Effective management of school engagement through our CRM system is crucial, keeping accounts and tasks up-to-date, ensuring progress is clear and consistent, and fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
- You will design and deliver high-quality training and professional development sessions tailored to teachers at different experience levels, catering to diverse needs and preferences.
- Supporting schools through renewal and re-subscription cycles requires demonstrating EP's impact and ongoing value, thus ensuring sustained loyalty and commitment from clients.
- Providing curriculum-aligned insights and sharing local market feedback with our product content and sales teams will enable data-driven decision-making and informed product development.
- You will represent EP at education events conferences and subject associations, strengthening our presence in the education community, and promoting collaborative partnerships.
We are looking for an individual who combines deep educational expertise with confidence in presenting and engaging with stakeholders:
- Secondary teaching experience with strong curriculum knowledge across core areas such as Languages, Maths, Science, English, and Humanities is essential.
- Outstanding presentation and facilitation skills, comfortable running training in person and online, will enable effective communication and knowledge transfer.
- Experience coaching, training, or supporting professional development will help you design and deliver impactful training sessions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly, are vital for establishing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a dynamic fast-paced environment will enable you to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Confidence with ICT tools, including Google Workspace awareness of cybersecurity best practice, will ensure secure and efficient use of technology.
