Waterfront Operations Manager

We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced professional to lead our operations team and deliver a safe, patron-friendly facility in accordance with operational practices, quality systems and industry guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the on-site team operates effectively to maintain a high level of service delivery.
- Act on patron feedback and work to reduce any negative perception of site operations.
- Deliver and drive the physical appearance of the centre through strong contractor management relationships.
- Adhere to safety processes and management systems and comply with legislative regulatory standards.
- Work across multiple sites.
- Assist in investigating accidents and incidents.
- Monitor performance and initiate actions to improve results.
- Implement inspections, risk assessments and corrective actions, maintaining all records.
- Maintain high satisfaction scores.
- Hold a qualification in health and safety.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an operations environment with demonstrated leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport and positive relationships with staff and contractors.
- Commitment to excellence with values such as integrity, respect, leadership and accountability.
