Job Title

As a key player in our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facility.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of operational best practices and industry guidelines.

  • Lead the on-site team to achieve exceptional outcomes.
  • Act on patron feedback to improve site operations and reduce negative perceptions.
  • Manage contractor relationships to deliver a high-quality physical appearance of the centre.
  • Adhere to occupational health and safety processes and management systems.
Key Requirements
  • Qualification in occupational health and safety.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an aquatic operations environment with demonstrated leadership ability.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with staff and contractors.
  • Commitment to operational excellence with values such as integrity, excellence, openness, respect, leadership, and accountability.
