Director of Learning

The Director of Learning is a key leadership position responsible for advancing the College's mission and vision.

This role will drive a collaborative culture focused on quality learning, academic excellence, and the growth of both students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement strategic academic programs to monitor and support student learning progression and growth.
  • Lead the academic direction and outcomes of senior students, as well as the professional capacity and development of teaching staff.
  • Foster a deep and rigorous culture of learning and continuous growth across the College community.

Closely working relationships with other directors are essential to promote a consistent and integrated approach to student wellbeing and learning.
