The Role

This full-time position involves working 76 hours over a fortnight, including every second weekend. Key responsibilities include:

  • Completing the management development training program
  • Providing expert customer service and support
  • Developing strong product knowledge to assist customers
  • Achieving and exceeding personal sales targets
  • Maintaining the store's presentation through merchandising and housekeeping
  • Inducting new team members
  • Performing administrative tasks

About You

To succeed, you will need:

  • At least 2 years' experience in retail or services
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate your team
  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach to your job
  • A high level of attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • A valid driver's license
