Commercial Estimator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Estimator to join our team at JV Recruitment. As a Commercial Estimator, you will play a crucial role in preparing accurate and competitive project estimates for our clients in the commercial construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed estimates for cost of materials, equipment, and labor for contract bids and quotations.
  • Liaise effectively with suppliers, contractors, and customers to ensure tenders are completed on time.
  • Regularly attend site meetings to meet with stakeholders and ensure project estimates are aligned with customer requirements.
  • Prepare tender handover documentation and process project variations in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years' experience in commercial construction or fit-out projects.
  • Strong time management and communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Proven history of estimating retail projects in-line with budgets, specifications, and timelines.
  • Good understanding of Australian Building Standards.
