The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the insurance industry, with a proven track record in managing complex corporate property and casualty accounts.

They will have excellent technical skills in coverage and wording review, as well as a solid grasp of claims management processes and intermediate proficiency in MS Office products and Outlook.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic client service plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales processes and compliance with local regulations.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to increase revenue and market share.
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance broking, preferably in a leadership or senior role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
