Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design process coordination to ensure seamless project delivery
- Support Project Engineers in the delivery of work packages, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion
- Participate in weekend construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule
- Develop and implement plans and programs for assigned work packages, ensuring construction activities are delivered safely and in accordance with client requirements
- Contribute to quality and surveying activities to ensure high-quality project delivery
About You
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our Rail Operations team. The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in a site engineer role, preferably in rail constructionA degree in Civil Engineering or a related fieldExperience in managing contractor models and working with tier 1 or 2 contractorsPrevious experience working on rail projects is highly desirable but not essentialBenefits
