Room Attendant Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our dedicated housekeeping team at Peppers Gallery Hotel.

As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining high cleanliness and productivity standards, providing exceptional guest service, and working collaboratively with your team to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service by being friendly, approachable, and responsive to guest needs

  • Be willing to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and passion for providing quality guest service
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • A well-rounded team player who is physically fit and comfortable working autonomously
  • The flexibility to work over a seven-day roster at a variety of times
