Take on a pivotal role as a Diversity and Inclusion Manager at IAG, where you will drive meaningful impact and create a culture of inclusivity. As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute a comprehensive diversity and inclusion strategy, fostering a workplace where everyone feels valued and respected.
About the Role
This exciting opportunity will see you lead the development and implementation of IAG's diversity and inclusion strategy, driving alignment and commitment across the organization. You will work closely with our leadership team, business partners, and stakeholders to ensure that our diversity and inclusion initiatives are effective and impactful.
About You
- Proven experience in creating and executing diversity and inclusion strategies for complex organizations
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify how diversity and inclusion can support business priorities
- Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality initiatives to tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and trust at all levels
- Excellent knowledge of leading practices and ability to leverage external networks to support diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Understanding of risk culture and regulatory requirements that impact diversity and inclusion policies and practices
- Ability to analyze complex data and provide insights to support diversity and inclusion initiatives
