Job Overview

The Financial Strategic Partner will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive company initiatives and uncover strategic solutions. You will take a proactive approach to your day-to-day responsibilities, leveraging financial expertise to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their financial needs and provide tailored advice and reporting.
  • Support business unit heads in making informed decisions through comprehensive financial data analysis.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of results.
  • Manage the monthly forecasting process, maintaining result integrity and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to deliver month-end processes across APAC regions.
  • Consolidate monthly financial results, preparing management reporting and commentary on P&L and BS variances.
  • Aid in year-end group reporting and statutory accounts delivery within agreed timelines.
  • Serve as a bridge between finance and other business units to align financial strategies with business objectives.
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities, developing strategies to mitigate negative impacts.
  • Develop detailed reporting and analysis for major tours, productions, and events, delivering accurate margin reporting.
