Administrative Coordinator

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our senior executives, ensuring efficient operation of our office. This includes managing daily administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports for senior executives. Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and maintain professional communication via phone, email, and in-person.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences, and ensure smooth execution.
- Develop and maintain an organised filing system for important and confidential company documents.
- Contribute to project planning and execution, ensuring timely completion and meeting objectives.
- Collaborate with other team members to drive business outcomes and enhance office productivity.
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience in an administrative role.
- Superior organisational and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other office software applications.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
