The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition Team. The successful candidate will work closely with Hiring Managers to support the organization's people requirements by implementing and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process of the hourly labour force.

About The Role

  • Manage candidate and recruitment data in PACCAR's applicant tracking systems and related databases.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies in scheduling interviews, current vacancies, driving, and tracking team process compliance and talent pooling.
  • Assist with interviews as required.
  • Manage PACCAR's Referral program.
  • Deliver an engaging candidate experience.
  • Develop effective and cooperative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
