Medical Leader of Central Queensland

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director of Medicine to lead our healthcare team in Central Queensland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, driving clinical excellence, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Lead and manage a team of medical professionals to achieve exceptional clinical performance
- Collaborate with other healthcare services to ensure seamless delivery of care
- Maintain expertise in medicine and stay up-to-date with latest research and developments
- Qualifications: Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery or equivalent, eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia
- Registration: Registration or eligibility for registration as a Specialist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Total remuneration package of up to $573,972 per annum
- Salary range: $210,332 - $266,677 per annum
