About the Position

This is a full-time, 38 hour per week opportunity with key responsibilities including:

  • Maintaining gardens, lawns, paths and communal areas to enhance the aesthetic appeal and functionality of our outdoor spaces
  • Managing waste collection and bin placement on designated days
  • Operating and maintaining gardening tools and equipment
  • Responding to resident requests and supporting ad hoc gardening tasks

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • At least one year of experience in horticulture or grounds maintenance
  • A solid understanding of horticultural practices and plant care
  • The ability to work independently and take initiative
  • A customer-focused approach and strong interpersonal skills
  • Physical capability to perform manual tasks involving lifting up to 15kg
