This role requires someone with excellent physical abilities, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.

The ideal candidate will have experience in gardening, landscaping or outdoor maintenance, but it is not essential. They must be physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plant Care: Planting, weeding, pruning and watering of gardens and green spaces to ensure optimal growth and health.
  • Turf Management: Lawn mowing, edging and turf care to maintain healthy and well-manicured lawns.
  • Soil Preparation: Soil and mulch preparation to ensure optimal growing conditions.
  • Tool Maintenance: Operating and maintaining gardening tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Safety Protocols: Following safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment for all team members.
  • Crew Collaboration: Supporting your Team Leader and working effectively with your crew to achieve common goals.
Requirements:
  • A valid driver's licence is required.
  • A white card is necessary.
  • A working with children check (or willingness to obtain) is also required.
