Cafe Management Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive Cafe Manager to lead a team in Morley, WA.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing meal and coffee preparation, supervising staff, meeting regulatory requirements, and overseeing cafe operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing meal preparation and sale with volunteer support
  • Oversight and line-management of part-time barista employee
  • Supporting recruitment of volunteers to assist in the cafe
  • Maintaining kitchen and dining area cleanliness and hygiene
  • Implementing strategies for ongoing service improvement

Requirements include:

  • Relevant qualifications and/or experience in food preparation and cooking in a commercial environment
  • Minimum three years previous food service experience
  • Knowledge of work health safety obligations and practice of these in the workplace
  • Food Safety Certificate
  • Demonstrated experience of managing employees and volunteers
  • Valid WWCC
  • National police record check
  • Commitment to ongoing training
