Academic Operations Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic leader to oversee our K-12 staff and students into the next season of growth. This key leadership role involves working closely within the Executive Team to foster a culture of excellence and care, supporting staff and students to grow in both faith and learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead academic operations that support a strong and positive culture grounded in Christian values, wellbeing, and high academic standards.
  • Work collaboratively with families, teaching and non-teaching staff, and the broader school community.
  • Maintain a visible presence in the classroom through a part-time teaching load.
  • Manage operational systems and procedures across K–12.
  • Coordinate school calendars, timetables, activities, and major events.
  • Oversee relief staffing.
  • Ensure compliance for excursions/incursions (including sport activities) and emergency procedures.
  • Support academic operations including NAPLAN, HSC, exams, and subject selection.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and policy development as part of the Executive Team.
