The Head of Operations plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless daily operations across Kindergarten to Year 12. This position oversees the coordination of school-wide activities, calendar management, major events, compliance, and relief staffing.

This part-time leadership position demands flexibility, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills.

  • Lead operational efforts that support a positive culture grounded in Christian values, student wellbeing, and high academic standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with families, teaching and non-teaching staff, and the broader school community.
  • Maintain a visible presence in the classroom through a part-time teaching load.
  • Oversee operational systems and procedures across K–12.
  • Coordinate school calendars, timetables, activities, and major events.
  • Oversee relief staffing.
  • Ensure compliance for excursions/incursions (including sport activities) and emergency procedures.
  • Support operational efforts including NAPLAN, HSC, exams, and subject selection.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and policy development as part of the Executive Team.
