About the Position

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Interior Designer to fill this key role. As an In House Designer, you will be responsible for translating designs into comprehensive documentation, analysing spatial layouts, and managing multiple design projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Design Director on the vision, studio requirements, and brand identity.
  • Develop detailed interior documentation, including construction drawings, renders, specifications, and schedules.
  • Analyse and optimise spatial layouts to enhance functionality and user experience.
  • Research and specify materials, furnishings, and finishes that align with the design vision.
  • Manage Council Permit Application process and associated consultants.
  • Submit tender documents, prepare budgets, and schedule construction timelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact to builders or consultants.
  • Procure materials and furnishings, ensuring timely delivery and installation.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Interior Design.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial Interior Documentation and Project Management.
  • Proficiency in design software (Revit, Autocad, Adobe Suite, Canva).
  • Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and material specifications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
  • A strong communicator and team player with flexibility to travel regularly.
  • Passion for design and desire to contribute to the growth of a premium wellness brand.
