About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in selecting the perfect bathroom products.
  • Create and manage customer quotes and orders via email and phone.
  • Use our 3D Planner to bring customers' dreams to life.
  • Visit customers onsite to provide updates and maintain strong relationships.
  • Ensure the showroom runs smoothly and safely.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to build robust relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Comfortable with computers and willing to learn new systems.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
