Delivering innovative visual merchandising strategies is key to our success.

This role involves developing and implementing creative ideas to drive sales while maintaining company guidelines.

Our Visual Merchandising Planners play a crucial part in delivering exceptional aesthetic results, staying up-to-date with consumer trends and working closely with buyers, planners and allocators to ensure products are presented at a high standard.

  • Developing and implementing merchandising ideas and strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Managing weekly VM guidelines and supporting regional teams to ensure high levels of execution.
  • Assisting with new store openings and refurbishments.
  • Working with national and regional teams to carefully plan and assess different store shapes and sizes.
  • Fostering collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with company brand and direction.
  • Managing the design and setup of major events, promotions and campaigns.
  • Coordinating the smooth installation of window concepts in stores.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be enthusiastic, experienced and energetic with a natural flair for interior design/styling.

They will show initiative and creativity in solving problems, building strong relationships with store teams and regional managers, and have a genuine interest in homewares.

This role also requires a high level of proficiency in Photoshop/InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite.

A qualification in Visual Merchandising and/or Interior Design is essential.

Regular travel to stores is required, some interstate travel may also be necessary.
