Vehicle Assessor Opportunity

About the Role:

The successful applicant will be responsible for negotiating with repairers to achieve the best repair method, cost, and quality outcomes.

You will assess vehicles on-road and via desktop using assessing frameworks and manage escalations and disputes, ensuring timely and fair resolutions.

Additional responsibilities include conducting reinspection, audits, and quality checks to maintain repair standards and supporting customers through repair, write-off, and settlement processes.

Requirements:
  • A trade qualification (Cert III) in panel beating, spray painting, or mechanics is required, or equivalent experience as a Motor Assessor.
  • Post-trade qualification experience of at least 3 years is necessary.
  • Proven experience in quote writing and assessing/estimating skills is essential.
  • Knowledge of repair methods, insurance codes, and compliance is required.
  • An unrestricted Australian driver's licence is also required.
