**Community Portfolio Manager Role**

We're seeking a highly skilled Community Portfolio Manager who can build strong relationships with clients, drive results through effective service delivery, and contribute to the growth and success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of properties and be the primary point of contact for owners, tenants, and contractors.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and foster long-term client relationships.
  • Provide interpretations of bylaws and strata legislation to stakeholders and address correspondence from owners, tenants, and contractors.
  • Collaborate with our Repairs & Maintenance team to coordinate quotes and work orders.
  • Prepare and facilitate AGMs, EGMs, and Committee Meetings—agendas, budgets, minutes.
  • Manage client retention, including first-level complaints, overseeing problems, and providing guidance.
  • Oversee financials and ensure compliance across your portfolio.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Relevant State licensing (if required).
  • Solid knowledge of strata/body corporate legislation and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management.
  • A collaborative, empathetic mindset and a passion for helping others grow.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a desire to keep learning.
